Scrooged is a 1988 American comedy film, a modernization of A Christmas Carol. The film was produced and directed by Richard Donner, and the cinematography was by Michael Chapman. The screenplay was written by Mitch Glazer and Michael O'Donoghue. The original music score was composed by Danny Elfman.
The film stars Bill Murray, with Karen Allen, Bobcat Goldthwait, John Forsythe, Carol Kane, John Houseman, and Robert Mitchum in supporting roles. Murray's brothers, Brian, John, and Joel also appear in the film.
The film was marketed with references to Ghostbusters which had been a great success four years earlier. In the USA, the tagline was, "Bill Murray is back among the ghosts, only this time, it's three against one."

Ryan Reynolds seemingly has begun training for Deadpool 3 ahead of making his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut. It has been over a decade since Reynolds made his first appearance as Wade Wilson. While his role in X-Men Origins: Wolverine was a train wreck, it gave the actor a passion to bring the Merc with a Mouth to life properly. He finally did so in 2016 with the release of Deadpool, which became a massive box office and pop culture hit. Reynolds went on to return as Deadpool in Deadpool 2. His portrayal became so popular that even Marvel Studios could not ignore him when Disney acquired 20th Century.

Development on Deadpool 3 has been underway for a few years now, but it was only in recent months that the movie made real progress. Original writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese were brought back to write a new version of the script, while Free Guy and The Adam Project director Shawn Levy joined as well. Despite the positive movement, Deadpool 3 was not part of Marvel Studios' San Diego Comic-Con 2022 announcements and was left out of the Multiverse Saga slate, leaving room for more speculation about when Ryan Reynolds will make his MCU debut.

Gene Hackman turned in a great performance as USAF Lt. Col. Iceal Hambleton in this fact-based drama about survival during the Viet Nam War.
Hambleton is forced to bail out when his plane is shot down over enemy territory and struggles to stay alive. Danny Glover is Captain Clark, a search and rescue pilot who locates Hambleton and stays in contact with him for several days, leading him towards a position where he can be picked up. Jerry Reed, David Marshall Grant and Erich Anderson costar in this classic.

SPELLCASTER features music icons Adam Ant and Richard Blade. The movie was filmed during Empire Pictures “heydays” shot in 1988 and not released until 1992! Watch this gem with the lights on as “He Knows What You Fear”.

Winning a trip to Italy through a contest, Jackie and her brother Tom join other winners Myrna, Yvette, Terri, Harlan and Tony. They settle into the rooms of an old castle, together with Cassandra, a rock star playing along in the contest. Wanting to get a leg up on each other, they all try to sneak out and find the prize before it starts, to no avail. When the contest begins, they start to die one-by-one from a mysterious source within the castle. Figuring that evil forces are at work, the remaining members race to stop the assailant from finishing their work.
