When they did their spectacular 8K restoration of Baraka, one thing the filmmakers of Baraka didn't restore was the original theatrical trailer - it still exists on the Samsara BluRay as a horrible dupe print (see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNViNqHmnzM).

So as a free post-production gift to the filmmakers, I've done a shot by shot matchframe recompile of the original trailer, using the new remastered footage.

The story revolves around four New York real estate salesmen who become desperate to sell their weak leads when a tough representative is sent by the head office to motivate them. He announces that, in one week, all except the top two salesmen will be fired.

Great performances from Al Pacino, Jack Lemmon, Ed Harris as well as an incredible ten minute performance from Alec Baldwin.

Epic trailer I created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the greatest sequel of all time "The Empire Strikes Back". It's a toss up between this and ROTJ for my favorite Star Wars film. Anyways, this trailer series is a look at how the films would have been advertised if released today.

I have mixed feelings about this one, the build up is kind of slow, but the finale sends chills of awesomeness down my spine. Just imagine if you will, seeing this in a theater for the first time in 1980. How exciting that would be. Still, this trailer manages to build excitement and thrill no matter how many times you've seen the movie (and knowing some SW fans that could be many) ;)
