About:
Dhadakpur is the Belgium of Bihar. Clean, green and glorious. And this year the village will celebrate its Silver Jubilee of being crime- free! And as a gift for the villagers there will be a trophy, clean water but most of all pride.
Also within 8 days, Roshni, the prettiest girl of the village will leave the Jha family and be wedded to Kuber. The plan was to marry his elder brother Durlabh, but the moment she heard that Durlabh’s younger brother works in Mumbai she didn’t even bat an eyelid to change the groom. Like her friends, Roshni too aspired for a modern city life.Her brother, Bhugol too has dreams of going to Mumbai and becoming a Bollywood superstar.

The to-be-groom’s father is a clerk in the education department and Roshni’s dad, Banwari, is a temporary primary school teacher. This marriage meant his dream of a permanent job could be fulfilled. In short, everyone’s dreams hinge on this one wedding. But before their dreams could turn into reality, it was time to fulfill the to-be groom's dream. He wants a two-wheeler as a “wedding gift”. But not just any two-wheeler. A shiny red expensive motorbike! That too with a year’s supply of petrol. No one in Dhadakpur had paid such a handsome dowry before-but the Jha family is determined.

The bike arrives in the day and disaster strikes at night. It got stolen! How? When? Who? There were only questions and no answers. Dhadakpur is crime-free after all!
Leading the queue of suspects, was Roshni’s, ex-boyfriend, Amavas. Years ago, he was banished from Dhadakpur for his incessant stealing.
Pushpalata Yadav, is Dhadakpur’s village head. It was her idea to banish Amavas from the village, but now he was their only hope. He could procure a second hand bike.
Bhugol and Amavas are then sent to get the bike. Two childhood enemies. Chalk and cheese. Coffee and sleep. Ronaldo and The World Cup. How the two boys save the pride of the village and ensure the wedding happens as planned forms the crux of the season.

David Corenswet's Superman has inevitably been compared to Henry Cavill's version of the hero since his casting, and after a new trailer, I think the DC Universe can beat the previous iteration of the character in a key way. I was sad to see Cavill replaced as Superman. The actor never really got the best material as the character nor the screen time Superman deserved in the DCEU. Still, I'd say that Cavill is one of the best live-action Superman actors, and you could feel his passion for the DC hero every time he talked about him.

DC has moved on from Cavill, with James Gunn's Superman movie rebooting the character for the new DCU. I believe David Corenswet was the perfect choice to lead the DCU's Chapter One and beyond as the Man of Steel. Since he was cast, fans have been comparing Henry Cavill's Superman and David Corenswet's Clark Kent. At this time, I don't think the comparisons really work because of how little we have seen of Corenswet's Superman. However, after a new trailer for the upcoming DCU movie, I believe that Corenswet has the potential to beat a key Cavill Superman element.

Aside from what I pointed out earlier, the Superman trailer being edited with Smallville's theme song made me realize how much Gunn is letting the iterations of the past influence his version of Superman. Gunn has made it no secret that his Superman story is going to honor what has come before while also marking a beginning for the DCU, which the TikTok edit above proves. The fact that the Smallville theme song does not feel out of place alongside Gunn's Superman is certainly a sign of this.

Smallville is a show that many consider a near-perfect depiction of the character. While it has its issues, Smallville's characterization of Clark and Superman is beloved, which Gunn will undoubtedly be aware of. The elements showing Clark in Superman's trailer blend with the music so well, potentially hinting that the DCU's version of the character will align with that of Smallville, while also taking cues from the DCEU's version, Brandon Routh's Superman, and, of course, Christopher Reeve's too.

A fair amount of Gal Gadot Cleopatra movie news has been coming down the pipeline, both causing controversy and garnering a fair amount of anticipation. The famed ancient Egyptian queen has been depicted on the screen many times before but was most famously portrayed (and whitewashed) by actress Elizabeth Taylor in the eponymous 1963 historical epic. The latest actress to take up the mantle of Marc Antony's lover was Casualty's Adele James in Netflix's pseudo-docuseries Queen Cleopatra. However, it seems that the Egyptian Queen's story has a difficult time being told on the screen without creating controversy, as the docuseries was panned by critics.

Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot announced via Twitter all the way back in 2020 that she was teaming up with filmmaker Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman) and screenwriter Laeta Kalogridis to bring Cleopatra's story back to the big screen, citing the importance of the tale being told through a woman's eyes. Gal Gadot Cleopatra movie news was relatively scant following this announcement but has since reared up again now that development is well in progress. If Disney makes one key change to the release of Prey 2, then it could easily break a Predator franchise record that has remained unbroken for the past 20 years. Prey revamped the Predator franchise by setting its story in the Northern Great Plains in 1719. The prequel revolves around a young Comanche woman named Naru who embarks on a hunting ritual in the wilderness and unexpectedly comes across a bloodthirsty hunter from outer space. Prey was hailed as the greatest Predator movie since the classic original.

After Prey became a huge hit with both critics and audiences, it’s only a matter of time before Disney follows it up with Prey 2. Whether it brings back Naru for a sequel story or it follows a new hero taking on a different Predator in a different time period, Prey 2 is a highly anticipated sci-fi actioner. But the Mouse House will have to make one crucial change to its release strategy if Prey 2 is going to break an important Predator franchise record.
