Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation known as SPECTRE.

Meanwhile back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes). Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him seek out Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to untangling the web of SPECTRE. As the daughter of an assassin, she understands Bond in a way most others cannot.

As Bond ventures towards the heart of SPECTRE, he learns of a chilling connection between himself and the enemy he seeks, played by Christoph Waltz.

Released in the UK on October 26, and in the US on November 6, 2015.

James Bond (Daniel Craig) attempts to lose his pursuers in the opening car chase sequence from QUANTUM OF SOLACE (2008) on the roads around Lake Garda. Stunt coordinator Gary Powell said: “It wasn’t the size of the car, or the amount of cars that made it complicated. It was the locations. We were in a very long tunnel, only 28 feet wide. When there are 40 cars going through it, at the speeds we were doing, it becomes a technical challenge.”

With Spectre coming to Blu Ray soon, experience the fantastic opening shot that tracks Bond through The Day of the Dead, into a hotel, up an elevator, into a room, onto the roof of said hotel, and to a vantage point for a good old fashioned shootout. Classic Bond, probably the best moment in the film, and quite possibly the single greatest shot in the series. Great work from Sam Mendes, Hoyte Van Hoytema and smart mask cuts by Editor Lee Smith.

This chase through a Hamburg garage in TOMORROW NEVER DIES (1997) is one of the most inventive in the 007 series. To create the effect of James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) driving his car via a touchpad on his cell phone, special effects supervisor Chris Corbould’s crew rebuilt four BMW 750iLs to be driven by hidden stunt driver Steve Griffin who crouched on the back floorboard using video monitors. Bond 50 is a Blu-ray box set featuring all 22 James Bond films in honor of the 50th anniversary of the series, to be released on September 24, 2012.

James Bond (Daniel Craig) and Vesper (Eva Green) are attacked by the machete-wielding Obanno (Isaach De Bankolé) in the stairwell of the Hotel Splendide in Montenegro in CASINO ROYALE. Obanno and his bodyguard also threaten Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen) and Valenka (Ivana Miličević).

The fight took three days to film, with stunt coordinator Gary Powell stating that it was “quite a major scene as it covers such a vast area. Normally you’re in a room, you have a fight, whereas the stairwell covers six flights of stairs all the way down.”

The James Bond franchise has had it's share of ups and downs throughout it's 60 year run. Each time a new 007 is brought in the tone of the franchise seems to shift. None bigger though when Pierce Brosnan took up the mantle as James Bond in Goldeneye. Seemingly saving the franchise and breathing life into Bond, it would only take a few more installments for Brosnan to almost destroy the James Bond legacy.
